Where do I park, and what does it cost?
Valet parking is available at our east courtyard entrance, $58 per night with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Two public garages sit within a three-minute walk for self-park options from $42 nightly. Electric vehicle chargers (J1772 and Tesla) are included with valet at no additional fee.
Are pets welcome, and is there a fee?
Dogs and cats under 35 pounds are welcome in designated rooms and suites on floors two through five. A non-refundable $95 deep-cleaning fee applies per stay, plus a complimentary bed, bowl, and treats at arrivals. Service animals stay at no charge with documentation.
Is the hotel accessible throughout?
Yes. All public areas, the restaurant, the fitness room, and 24 of our 87 rooms are step-free, with roll-in showers, grab bars, and lowered fixtures. The restored 1923 post office required careful adaptation — we publish a full accessibility guide in PDF and large-print formats on request. Reserve accessible rooms directly for guaranteed assignment.

Direct bookings save guests 18–24% versus third-party sites — verified across more than 6,200 rate comparisons in 2024. Beyond price, direct guests choose their exact room, receive a complimentary welcome amenity on arrival, and earn flexible cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible rates allow cancellation or modification up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable but locked 12–18% below flexible rates at booking. Travel insurance is recommended for advance rates; we partner with a provider who offers direct-booker rates on request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank wire for stays of five nights or longer. A hold equal to the full stay plus incidentals is placed at check-in; corporate accounts may apply for direct billing after three completed stays.
